Managed Service Plans

San Diego Computer Consulting® knows that one size does not fit all. In fact, all our customers have an individualized IT service plan that is designed specifically for their company to meet their specific requirements and budget. We take great pride in our ability design customized plans to meet the individuality of each company we work with. Each service plan has different components to match each of our customer’s specific IT solutions.

Types of plans we offer
  • Hybrid Managed Service Plans
  • Managed Service Plans (Weekly/bi-monthly IT-Department Coverage)
  • Managed Service Plans-(Daily IT Department Coverage)
  • Pre-paid discounted hours plans

Pre-Paid Discounted Hours Plan

This plan is an hours-based plan. We sell service hours based on a needs assessment. The pre-paid hours are sold at a discounted rate and are allotted in monthly blocks. Hours are used for remote and onsite IT Support. Hours can be used for projects, support, maintenance, and wiring. This plan is typically used for a customer that has most IT services already covered, but needs extra coverage for a variety of reasons. This is commonly used for firms that have IT services out of another office - typically in another city. San Diego Computer Consulting® is brought on for support of a branch office in San Diego. We provide on-site and hands on support when IT issues arise. This type of support is also good for projects and planning of IT upgrades and modifications. Hours are banked and can be used for new implementations.

Features:
  • Monthly hours for on-site/remote technical staff
  • Hours can be pooled and rolled forward
  • Priority/emergency support included
  • Extra time is billed as needed
  • Priority/emergency support included

Testimonial

“We are a firm with 2 offices in San Diego County. With our IT service contract, we are able to budget hours and time for our support needs. Our costs and needs can vary from month to month. SDCC built a plan that is flexible and works best for us while making sure we have full coverage if that time arises. This gives us peace of mind.”
