GDPR is now in effect, and all organizations that offer goods and services to people in the European Union (EU), or that collect and analyze data tied to EU residents, no matter where they are located are required to comply with GDPR.

| 2. | Click Online Deployment Summary (DS) and login with your organization’s unique ID of 31020290755 to submit your deployment information. |
| 3. | We ask you to please complete your submission by 9-April-2019. |
| 4. | Alternatively, the requested information can be completed offline, using the attached Excel Deployment Summary file. Open the attached Excel file and enter the information relevant to your organization. Save the file and send it back to me by replying to this email, again by 9-April-2019. |
| What you will get | |
| Within seven days of receiving your submission, we will send you a report on the current licensing position for the software being verified. For some products, further clarification may be required.
Many Microsoft customers find that this report helps them to make better decisions around their software strategy and IT investment. |

Microsoft has been sending these emails in mass to those companies that had registered licensing agreement software with them currently and in the past. This licensing assessment is only VOLUNTARY!
If you receive one of these calls or emails from Microsoft, it is legitimate. It is Microsoft calling you. What they are trying to do is make sure that you continue to buy licensing from them. They are also trying to make sure that your company is legitimately paying for licensing matching the current products and access licenses that you have.
They are not looking to prosecute. They are strictly looking to make sales. San Diego Computer Consulting works with this issue very often.
