Managed Service Plans (Weekly/bi-monthly IT-Department Coverage)

This is a popular plan with many of our business partners. Under this plan, we offer flat rate service based on the number of computers and servers that you have. Under this plan, depending on your size, we assign a regular onsite technician for one day per week or every-other week. Onsite scheduling depends on the IT needs and requirements that each company has. Under this plan, we provide unlimited remote support and a pre-determined number of hours in which our technician goes to your office and does maintenance and preventative support. Also, while on premise, we handle any lower priority IT support activities that need to be addressed.
Under this plan, San Diego Computer Consulting® takes on the role of IT Department for all workstations, the network, server(s), and phones. We provide a full service solution that is budgetable and replaces the need to hire in-house. Managed serviced is typically used to replace the need for a part-time IT staff member.
