This plan is an hours-based plan. We sell service hours based on a needs assessment. The pre-paid hours are sold at a discounted rate and are allotted in monthly blocks. Hours are used for remote and onsite IT Support. Hours can be used for projects, support, maintenance, and wiring. This plan is typically used for a customer that has most IT services already covered, but needs extra service for a variety of reasons. This is commonly used for firms that have IT services out of another office - typically in another city. San Diego Computer Consulting® is brought on for support of a branch office in San Diego. We provide on-site and hands-on support when IT issues arise. This type of support is also good for projects and planning of IT upgrades and modifications. Hours are banked and can be used for new implementations.

This is a very popular plan with our business. Under this plan, we offer a flat rate service plan based on the number of computers and servers that you have. With this plan, depending on your size, we assign a regular technician at typically one day per week or every other week where we will be onsite. Onsite scheduling depends on the IT needs and requirements that the company/firm has. Under this plan, we provide unlimited remote support and a pre-determined number of hours in which our technician goes to your office and does maintenance and preventative support. Also, while on premise, we handle any lower priority IT support pieces that need to be addressed. This plan typically includes an unlimited server and network support feature. There is never any chargers for after hours or weekend rates. We do not charge any emergency fees.

This plan is typically for larger firms where San Diego Computer Consulting® becomes the IT Department for the company/firm we are supporting. This plan typically involves SDCC having a dedicated technician who is onsite more than one day per week. Under this plan, we do all technology implementations and cover all IT support for our customers. Under this plan, San Diego Computer Consulting® takes on the role of the IT Department including CTO and CIO services.

This plan is the most common plan that we offer. Under this plan, we provide a monthly hours/remote support service that covers your firm for both maintenance and support. With this plan, we come up with an agreed-upon amount of support hours that are discounted under a monthly contract. The hours are typically pooled and can be rolled forward so extra time can be allotted for projects and new equipment implementations.
Hybrid-Managed Service Plans are designed to help firms keep costs relatively flat and manageable. Pooled hours are used for support and overages are only charged when all banked time is exhausted.
