Mobile Microsoft Teams Connect

Teams has an excellent phone integration component much like Skype. This service is free and uses VoIP telephony. Calls within the Teams groups are free. Calls can be via voice or video. If you want to call an outside number, then you will need a plan from Microsoft/Skype. Their plans are very inexpensive. With Teams, you can make a conference call within the Teams application without using a 3rd party to make that call. This ability is available in Skype and has been integrated in Teams.

Mobile Microsoft SharePoint Connect

Microsoft SharePoint has an excellent phone integration with all peripherals.  It works well with all flavors of Androids and iPhones.   SharePoint is really designed for the mobile device as it allows you to access all your OneDrive and business SharePoint documents via these devices.   Microsoft has done a great job allowing all your computer devices to connect to the Office 365 cloud for your personal and business documents.    Office 365 also allows you to download the full Office suite on your devices so you files can open seamlessly.

Office 365 Exchange Mobile Wipe

Lose a phone or staff member?   (Don’t worry!)

Microsoft Office 365 comes with a full admin port that we manage.   Through that portal we are able to remotely wipe the corporate email account and corporate data from the phone.   When installing an Office 365 exchange email account on your phone, to mount it you have to approve manageable privacy.   It is that privacy that allows the administrator of the domain to remotely wipe company email and data of any mobile peripheral.   Whether you loose a device or a staff member, your data is protected.
